An G. Hinds became sole owner of the skin care supply product and training companies in 2001, completing the purchase from her mother and company founder, Catherine Hinds, in the true spirit of family successions. Catherine started the company in 1979, responding to the growing need for professional esthetic supplies. Since 1979, Catherine and An have worked together to research, develop and distribute quality skin care products and equipment for the professional esthetician.

In 2007 Ms. Hinds created the Catherine Hinds Company, reflecting the origins of the skin care product company and its close bond to the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. Catherine Hinds Company continues to develop its own specialty lines of fine skin care products, and also acts as a distributor for other carefully selected products, equipment, and supplies.

Today, in its headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts, the company is a pioneer and leader in the skin care industry. Its Classics TX products and the American Skin Care System™ (ASCS) are used by discerning clients and our skin care technology equipment and products are used extensively in the finest salons and spas across the country.
